AI for GDPR Compliance: In Conversation with Darktrace
As GDPR comes into effect, companies around the world are rethinking their security strategies. It currently takes companies an average of 191 days to detect a data breach, but with reports of data breaches now required within 72 hours, early detection is more important than ever. AI cyber defenses can detect the earliest signs of threats, wherever they emerge in a network. At the same time, AI can provide 100% network visibility and real-time notifications of external data transfer, helping companies comply with GDPR’s core tenants on the security and sharing of personally identifiable information. Most importantly, AI buys back time for security teams by acting autonomously to stop or slow cyber-threats
