Who does CPA apply to?
- Entities that conduct business in Colorado or deliver products/services to Colorado residents AND:
- Process data of more than 100,000 individuals annually; OR
- Derive revenue or receive discounts on goods/services in exchange for the sale of personal data of 25,000+ individuals
- Nonprofits are included
- Service providers, contractors, and vendors that manage, maintain, or provide services relating to the data on behalf of these companies

Colorado Citzen Rights

What rights does CPA give to Colorado citizens?
- Opt-out of data processing for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling
- Access their data that has been collected
- Correct inaccurate or out-of-date data
- Request the deletion of their data
- Obtain a portable copy of their data or have it transferred to another company
