ACSM partners with RISMA

January 23, 2019 By American Cyber Security Management

American Cyber Security Management (ACSM) has entered into a partnership with RISMA Systems US, Inc. (RISMA) to deliver best-in-class Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for the U.S. marketplace. ACSM’s experience and expertise in cyber security and data privacy will be applied to RISMA’s platform for compliance.

U.S. cyber and privacy compliance laws are increasing at an accelerated rate, with every state now having regulation for breach notification and defined penalties for lack of security controls and specific breach notification timeframes i.e. 72 hours, 30 days, 45 days.

As numerous laws impact every U.S. organization, it is imperative that these enterprises rapidly increase their security and privacy controls, and ensure they meet the new requirements with continued diligence.

Carlin Dornbusch, President of ACSM: “Through the combined efforts of ACSM and RISMA Systems, our customers are now able to sustain their privacy and security programs at a much lower cost and greater efficiency. Our goal is to help U.S. companies scale their programs and quickly meet the rapidly changing compliance landscape while increasing customer trust with good data privacy practices and excellent security.”

Mike Leidesdorff, CEO RISMA Systems US: “Compliance, security and privacy have become prevalent like never before and for good reason. However, it’s challenging for organizations to keep up and continuously protect and secure their data. Combining the deep experience and expertise of ACSM with RISMA’s easy-to-use GRC platform, private, public and federal organizations now have an industry-leading combination of product and services to assist them with their security and compliance challenges.”
